HDPE bottle refers to a medicinal plastic bottle produced by blow molding and injection molding process using high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. It is non-toxic and tasteless; hardness, tensile strength and creep are better than low-density polyethylene; good wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance; good chemical stability, insoluble at room temperature It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis and various salts in any organic solvent; the film has low permeability to water vapor and air.

High-density polyethylene is an opaque white waxy material with a specific gravity lower than water, a specific gravity of 0.941 to 0.960, soft and tough, but slightly harder than LDPE and slightly elongated. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, resistant to organic solvents, and has excellent electrical insulation. At low temperatures, it still maintains a certain degree of toughness. Surface hardness, tensile strength, rigidity and other mechanical strengths are higher than LDPE, close to PP, tougher than PP, but the surface finish is not as good as PP.
The general HDPE has a melting point of 142 ° C and a decomposition temperature of 300 ° C; the injection molding temperature has a large adjustable range. When injection molding, the general use temperature is 180 ° C - 230 ° C; because it is olefin plastic, it does not absorb water, no drying is required during production, but for product quality, it can be dried at 60 ° C for 1 hr to discharge floating water; Ethylene has a high melt viscosity and a small flow length ratio, and thin-walled products may lack gelatinization. Therefore, the gate and the flow path are relatively large; the product is easily electrostatically charged, and the surface is easily attracted. The shrinkage is 16 ‰; the overflow value is 0.05 mm.
