Take a few of this product, clean the needle tube with water, cut it, take 500cm2 (based on the internal surface area), add 50ml of sodium chloride injection solution, put it in a high-pressure steam sterilizer at 110 ° C for 30 minutes, take it out, cool it and reserve it. The same batch of sodium chloride injection was blanked, injected intravenously, and inspected according to law (General Regulations 1111 of the Second Edition of the Veterinary Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2015), which should meet the requirements.
