The effervescent tube plays an important role in ensuring the stability and effectiveness of the tablet. Unlike ordinary plastic bottles, the top of the effervescent tube cap is equipped with a small medicine compartment to store silica gel and molecular sieves to ensure the dryness of the bottle. The spiral spring on the bottle cap plays a role in compressing the tablets. What process is used to produce such a special bottle cap design?
Effervescent tube caps are generally made of polypropylene and are produced by injection molding process. The injection cap is to put the mixed raw materials into the injection molding machine and heat the material to about 230 degrees Celsius in the machine to become a semi-plasticized state. Inject into the mold cavity to cool and shape. The bottle cap cools and shrinks, the mold rotates counterclockwise, and the cap is pushed out under the action of the push plate to realize the automatic cap fall off. The use of threaded rotation demoulding can ensure the complete formation of the entire thread and effectively avoid deformation and scratches of the cap.
Another function of the bottle cap is anti-theft. After the effervescent tube cap is injection molded, it is rotated on the machine, and a knife is used to cut the anti-theft ring with multiple points connected to the cap at 3 mm from the edge of the cap. After filling and sealing, a complete effervescent tube cap is produced.

Bottle caps are a common sealing method for packaging beverages, health care products, medicines, etc. With the continuous upgrading of bottle cap functions, moisture-proof, anti-theft, and sealing functions have become common functions of bottle caps. In the future, with the continuous innovation of technology, we will wait and see what new features will appear in the caps of effervescent tubes.
