Environmental conditions:
The temperature should be 15~30 degrees, the relative humidity should be less than 65%, and properly ventilated to avoid accumulation of excess carbon dioxide and organic solvent vapor.
Determination method:
First method
Heat the potassium bromide wafer or the sodium chloride wafer on an alcohol lamp or a temperature-controlled electric furnace (the temperature is close to the melting point of the material), and gently rub the sample onto the hot potassium bromide wafer or the sodium chloride wafer (without smoking) Preferably), the spectrum is drawn by transmission.
Second method
Take about 0.25g of sample (can be cut into small pieces), add suitable solvent (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer can be used toluene; polyethylene terephthalate can be used 1,1,2 , 2-tetrachloroethane; polycarbonate can be dichloroethane) about 10ml, the sample is dissolved under high temperature reflux, and the reflux liquid is coated on a potassium bromide wafer or a sodium chloride wafer by capillary heat, and the solvent is heated and evaporated. After that, the spectrum is drawn by transmission.
