The caps of ordinary medical plastic bottles are generally composed of cardboard and cap skeleton, and are sealed with aluminum foil. On the other hand, a spiral spring is also designed on the cap of the effervescent tube, which can compress the tablet to prevent the effervescent tablet from breaking due to violent shaking during transportation. The spring is made of LDPE material, and the texture is soft to ensure that it will not crush the fragments.
The difference between effervescent tube caps and ordinary caps is mainly reflected in the small medicine compartment and spiral springs on the caps. These special designs meet the storage requirements of effervescent tablets for moisture resistance and safety. They are also packaged for effervescent tablets.
