•The multi-layer biofactory adopts a wide-mouth design after entering the liquid and the bottle mouth. The filling and harvesting of the liquid is relatively rapid, and it is not easy to generate bubbles. At the same time, the large-mouth design is more conducive to gas exchangeand is suitable for high-density cell culture.
•The standard product is equipped with a 0.2um vent cap and a sealing cap, which can be used in different culture environments. The sterile vent cap can be used in the CO2 environment, and the sealing cap can be used in ordinary incubators and greenhouses that do not contain carbon dioxide. In addition, a liquid transfer cap is optional to facilitate the aseptic transfer of liquid, and a bottle cap suitable for liquid transfer can also be customized according to customer process requirements.
•The hydrophobic design of the breathable membrane of the bottle cap does not affect the sealing and breathability of the breathable membrane after contact with liquid.
•The cell factory adopts the imported glue bonding process, which can withstand a pressure of 10kPa, ensuring that the product does not leak during the entire process of culturing.
